Noblehouse International Trust Ltd. (formerly known as Noblehouse International Trust Sdn. Bhd.) founded in 1991, was amongst the pioneers of Offshore players in Labuan when the jurisdiction was declared an International Offshore Financial Centre (IOFC) in 1990.

Labuan International Offshore Financial Centre (IOFC) changed its name to Labuan Business & Financial Centre (IBFC) is being strategically located and in proximity with the major financial centres such as Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, as well as fast emerging markets such as Korea, Taiwan and China, means it is well placed to serve the commercial and financial markets of the Asia Pacific region.
